Commercial Linen & Uniform Care

Commercial Laundry for Hospitality

We take the bedsheets, towels, table linen and staff uniforms off your hands and give them back clean, folded and counted, every single day, without your team chasing a thing.

What We Actually Do

A laundry line built around hospitality hours

Most laundries close at five. We start when your evening shift ends and finish before breakfast service begins.

Blemaro operates two industrial laundry floors near the city that run from late afternoon right through to early morning. We collect bulk linen at your loading dock, sort it by soil type and fabric weight, then wash it on high-temperature tunnels that kill bacteria without chewing through cotton. Everything comes back folded to your standard, pressed where it matters, and logged against your account so you can see what left and what returned. If a sheet has a wine stain that will not shift, we flag it rather than quietly binning it, and you get to decide whether it goes back into circulation or into rags.

  • Temperature-controlled wash tunnels treat up to 900 kg of linen every hour.
  • Every batch carries a scan tag tied to your venue, floor and room count.
  • Rejected items are photographed and reported the same morning, not buried in an invoice.

Why Venues Stay With Us

Industrial scale without industrial sloppiness

Big machines only help if someone is watching the details. That part is on us.

Hygiene You Can Prove

Every wash cycle runs to a logged temperature and contact time, so if a health inspector asks how your linen is treated, you have the readout.

Never Short a Room

We count in, we count out. If your housekeeping order needs 240 towels by noon, the van arrives with 240 towels, not 236 and an apology.

Water and Power That Add Up

Our heat recovery system reuses exhaust steam, which is why our per-kilo rate holds steady even when utility prices jump across Brisbane.

Blemaro staff folding commercial bed linen on a production line

Started with one cafe, now we run nightly

The first contract we ever signed was a coffee shop on a corner that needed tea towels back within a day. That pressure set the habit. We learned to move fast, keep a spare van on standby, and answer the phone at 4 am when a hotel has a burst pipe and 80 soaked towels. Fifteen years on, those habits are still the whole operating model.

How the Route Works

From your dock to your cupboard and back

Six checkpoints keep every load accounted for, and none of them need your staff involvement.

01

Volume Assessment

We weigh your existing linen stock, work out kilo-per-room ratios, then quote against real numbers rather than a guess.

02

Route Scheduling

Your pickup window gets locked into the nightly route so the van arrives at the same time and your night manager knows when to expect it.

03

Sort and Segregate

On arrival we split by fabric, colour and soil level. Whites stay with whites so bleach never touches a coloured duvet cover.

04

High-Temperature Wash

Tunnel washers run at a controlled thermal profile, and each stage is logged so the disinfection record is verifiable.

05

Press and Fold

Flat linen goes through steam pressers, then hand-folders match your drawer standard or your trolley layout.

06

Delivery and Reconciliation

Bags come back sealed and scanned. You get a digital manifest before the driver leaves your dock.

Questions We Get

The things venues ask us first

Straight answers, no sales padding.

The lowest plan starts at 120 kg a week. Below that, we can still help but the rate per kilo climbs, so we will tell you honestly if a smaller local laundry suits you better.

Every bag is scanned in and out. If the counts do not match, we pull the route footage and either find it or credit the item at replacement value on that invoice.

Yes, and we do not charge a sorting fee for it. Send them in different bags with a tag and they stay separate through the whole cycle.

Give us three working days. We need one site visit to check your dock access and one day to add you to the route planner.

We do, but food prep items go through a separate pre-wash and sanitation stage. Tell us at signup so we allocate the right capacity for your kitchen load.
