There is no long questionnaire here. Volume, frequency and a postcode is usually enough for us to give you a real number rather than a "starting from" price.

Finding us
The plant sits in the middle of the city, so the vans get to you faster
Heritage Lanes on Ann Street puts us a few minutes from the Riverside Expressway, which is why inner-city collections can happen on the same afternoon you call.
Arriving by car
Loading zone out the front on Ann Street. There is a paid car park in the same building, and two hours of validated parking for client meetings.
Public transport
Central station is a short walk, and the Spring Hill loop bus drops you on Adelaide Street. Plenty of bus routes stop within two blocks.
On arrival
Use the trades entrance at the rear, not the tower lobby. Ring the bell at the roller door and someone from the floor will come out.
Collection routes
Six days a week, and where the vans go
Routes are fixed so arrival windows stay believable. Here is roughly how the week breaks down, and what it costs in time to get on a route.
Inner north
Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe
Daily pickups, morning and late afternoon. Most common among restaurants and apartment buildings with shared laundry problems.
City and Spring Hill
CBD, Spring Hill, Petrie Terrace
Two runs a day on weekdays. Hotels and clinics here usually get nightly collection with a return before lunch.
South side
West End, Woolloongabba, Greenslopes
Morning route Monday to Saturday. This is where the business started, so the drivers know every laneway and back gate.
Outer north
Nundah, Chermside, Kedron
Three afternoons a week, plus Saturday morning. Minimum volume applies for the far end of this route.
South east
Mount Gravatt, Holland Park, Camp Hill
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Household wash and fold makes up most of the load on these runs.

Everything else
Call anyway. We add routes when a few new clients land in the same postcode, and it usually takes a month to set one up properly.

Before you call
The questions we get asked most
Phone us during opening hours if you want an answer immediately. Email and the form both get read in order, and we aim to reply within an hour on weekdays. If you send a photo of a care label or a full linen trolley, that speeds things up a lot.
Yes, for drop-off orders. Come to the trades entrance at the back, and someone on the floor will weigh your bag and give you a docket on the spot. For a tour of the plant or a meeting with an account manager, give us a call first so we do not have to drag someone off a machine.
We do. Several support coordinators send us recurring household laundry for participants, and we invoice the provider directly with a proper description of service. Ask for Grant when you call and he will walk through the paperwork side.
Keys are logged in and stored in a locked cabinet, with only your driver and the operations lead able to access them. Gate codes sit on the route sheet and nowhere else. If you would rather not hand anything over, we can collect from a concierge or a lockable box on site instead.
Card and tap payments at the counter, bank transfer for account holders, and direct debit for contract clients on monthly invoicing. Business accounts are usually set to fourteen day terms.
