About these terms
These terms cover every laundry, dry cleaning and linen service provided by Blemaro, ABN 74 291 638 502, trading from Heritage Lanes, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. By booking a collection, whether by phone, email or through this website, you agree to them.
Bookings and turnaround
Standard turnaround is forty-eight hours from collection for dry cleaning, and same-day return on commercial linen routes. Timelines are estimates and can move if a garment needs extra stain work, a second clean or a repair. We will contact you if something needs more time rather than returning it unfinished.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted before work begins and quotes stay valid for thirty days. Commercial accounts are invoiced weekly on fourteen-day terms. Casual customers pay on collection.
- We do not add charges without telling you first
- Invoices unpaid beyond sixty days may pause your collection route
- Contract prices may change with thirty days written notice
Your garments and our responsibility
We inspect and photograph every item on arrival so any pre-existing wear is documented before cleaning starts. We take reasonable care with everything we handle, but some fabrics carry risks that no cleaner can remove.
- We are not responsible for damage that was already present at intake
- We are not responsible for faults in the fabric, trimming or earlier repairs
- We are not responsible for items left in pockets, such as jewellery, cards or cash
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any booking before collection at no cost. Once work has started we charge for the stage completed. If we have damaged or lost an item through our own process, we repair it where possible or pay fair market value based on its age and condition.
Liability and governing law
Our liability for a single item is capped at the fair market value of that item, and total liability for any one order is capped at the total value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
